The Department of Natural Resources and Society (NRS) at the University of Idaho, in collaboration with the Idaho Department of Fish and Game, invite you to join our team in an academic year (nine-month), tenure-track faculty position as assistant, associate, or full professor in Human Dimensions of Fish and Wildlife. We seek team players with research expertise in the fields of applied social psychology, sociology, human-environment geography, social-ecological systems, or related areas. Candidates should have expertise in developing and applying theories, concepts and methods in the social and behavioral sciences to the study of fish and/or wildlife management and policy. This appointment will include responsibilities for teaching/advising (30%), research (50%) and outreach/service (20%).
